Resort Update: Vomo Resort to Re-open with New Residences & Renovations

Vomo Resort is located in the Mamanuca Islands of Fiji with 28 villas and two private residences. The resort temporarily closed to renovate after TC Winston’s damage and is expected to re-open on September 1 with a new upgrades and two new private residences. Over the past two years, Vomo has invested more than 25 million on renovations.

New Upgrades

Guests will certainly see enhancements when arriving to the beautiful private island paradise of Vomo! All the roofs, air conditioning units, and door frames were replaced in the Hillside Villas and Beachfront Villas. The Royal Villa and the main kitchen received new thatching and upgrades. The kitchen at Rocks Bar was also renovated.

New Private Residences

The most exciting news for Vomo’s guests is that there will be more accommodation options and these are even larger to hold several couples or families.

BeacHouse is a three-bedroom luxury beachfront residence that will be available starting in September. The house sits on one-acre of privacy with three king bedrooms with indoor ensuites, private outdoor showers, and patios with daybeds. There’s even a magnificent outdoor bath for the master suite.

The gorgeous new house even has its own infinity pool that seems to merge perfectly to the ocean while looking out from the house, creating so much beauty for the eye to gaze upon. And it’s just steps from the beach. You can also gaze at the pool from the massive deck and stay cool with a special fine-mist cooling system at the residence.

There’s also a dream kitchen – a full chef’s kitchen – which Vomo chefs can prepare a delicious cuisine. An outdoor barbeque for grilling and dining is also included. When the sun goes down, relax in the expansive media room.

The house includes a dedicated butler any time of the day or night to assist in making the stay perfect. The BeacHouse is located central to all of the resort amenities including Rocks Bar for a cocktail during sunset, activities, and reception.

The Palms Villa

The largest of Vomo’s private residences is the Palms Villa with four bedrooms, surrounded by water features. It has a long lap pool, partially covered so the swimmers can have shade, if desired. The grand residence is set across three pavilions and located on the beachfront.

These new elegant and sophisticated accommodations will quickly become a favorite for guests.
