Child Policy

2 Children under the age 12 years and sharing with parents and using existing bedding will stay for free. A 3rd child under 12 will need to pay the extra child rate.

Children 13 years and above are classified as an adult and at at the child rate.

Terms and Conditions

Deposit
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of AUD$990.00 is payable within 14 days of confirmation of booking. Should the resort not receive the Deposit, the booking will automatically be cancelled.

Balance
Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Should full payment not paid on time, the resort reserves the right to collect directly from guest.

Late Bookings
Bookings made with 60 days prior to arrival – Full payment is collected at the time of booking.

Booking Amendments:
Ammendments or Postponement of an existing booking inside 45 days prior to arrival, cancellation fees will be applicable.

Namena Reserve Dive Surcharge
Effective 1 December 2012 there will be a Namena dive site surchare of FJD$50.00 per diver per trip payable directly at the resort.
NB: Namena Reserve Surcharge applies to any diving at Namena on the Dive & Rejuvenation package.

Cancellation Policy

A non-Refundable $1000 deposit per person is due to secure the reservation. Cancellations within 90+ days of check in will incur 50% cancellation fees and there are no refunds for cancelations inside 60 Days.
